A Little About Me! I was born in New Jersey but don't hold that against me. As a small child I was blessed to be able to see and live in most of Europe. Due to my step fathers job we had to move every 30-60 days. In 1967-68 I moved to Florida with my grandparents. First to Ft. Lauderdale then to Pasco County. It was here where my passion developed for cars. Played football, raced motocross, took auto shop every year of high school. I started my career as a mechanic that would last about 40 years. The need for more "go fast money" in drag racing would lead me to get involved with the wrong things and the wrong people. In the end I would get arrested and serve some time in prison. After my release I got back to work and met my wife Lynn. As I tried to get adjusted to my new life Lynn and her church started praying for me. At first things started to get worse to the point I thought I was having a mental breakdown. Sometimes the lord will bring you to your knees, to understand fully that you NEED a savior. Within Days I was Talking to Lynn's pastor, and I started to attend. Gave my life to the lord and nothing has been the same since. I've Changed churches a few times. Got ordained as a deacon, and started teaching a Sunday school class. Fast forward to now I happily serve here at New Hope in any way I can. My past life experiences gave me an ability to speak with people from a point of view of first hand knowledge. I can tell you there is nothing in your life that Jesus won't forgive, and he will love you no matter how messed up you think you are. He is just waiting for you to ask and have faith!
